Ethnic Inspirations by Marshae endeavors to ship purchases within 2 to 4 days of receiving your order and confirming your payment. All orders have a handling fee of $5.00.
Delivery options are made available during the check-out process of you order.
Ethnic Inspirations by Marshaé ships packages using UPS Ground and USPS. Standard Ground delivery packages should arrive at your door within four to six business days from the time of shipment.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS 2Day. Please allow approximately five business days for delivery.
Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to-locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
Each separate address you instruct us to ship to will be considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping charges.
For orders to be shipped outside the United States or Puerto Rico, we will e-mail you with shipping rates.

After all without our wonderful customers we would not be in business. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will replace any item found to contain manufacturing defects free of charge, along with your original invoice, within 15 days of the shipping date for an exchange, gift certificate or full refund (excluding shipping).
